Established in 2014, Manchester Flooring Solutions offers quality flooring services to commercial businesses across Western Australia.

With thirty years of experience behind us, and a team of six trained and experienced staff, we pride ourselves on being able to work with designers, builders, and architects to meet any flooring design and installation challenge.

From hospital fit-outs, supermarkets, day-care and healthcare centres, to universities, accommodation and recreational facilities, mining camps, schools, and prisons – we have delivered high-quality outcomes for a variety of clients with unique requirements.

Scott Bedforth

Scott Bedforth
Managing Director & Flooring Installer

Scott has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial flooring industry.

Today, he leads a team who specialise in commercial vinyl and Marmoleum, carpet tiles, vinyl planks and tiles, rubber flooring, waterproofing, and matting.

“I am excited about the future of Manchester Flooring Solutions,” Scott said. “Our workforce is growing quickly. As word about our quality work spreads throughout the industry, we continue to bid for and win a range of tenders.

“Manchester Flooring Solutions has completed a variety of projects, but I am really proud about the work we did for Multiplex at the Rockingham Hospital. We completed the job way ahead of schedule and within budget, and the client was very happy with the completed project.

“My family drive and motivate me every day. My late father taught me everything I know about this industry and about hard work – he would be really proud of everything we have achieved.”

Scott is a Member of a triathlon club and competes regularly. In 2018, he qualified for the World Championships in South Africa.

Wayne Lattimore

Project Manager

Backed by 16 years of experience in project and site manager roles, Wayne enjoys watching projects evolve – from inception to construction and then transformation into the finished product.

In his role at Manchester Flooring Solutions, he develops strong relationships with clients to deliver effective project management and estimating services.

“I like that I am part of a family-owned and -operated business. We share the same values that prioritise teamwork, quality and working ethically and that’s really important to me,” Wayne said.

“Manchester Flooring Solutions is an established, creditable, industry-known company which provides a unique service to the WA commercial community and I’m excited to be a part of that.”

Wayne has a particular passion for preserving and prolonging the lifecycle of old and heritage buildings, to preserve their place in time.

Leigh-Ann Bedforth

Office Manager

For seven years, Leigh-Ann worked in the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen, Scotland where her roles included Personal Assistant and Human Resources Assistant. Needing a change, she decided to study nursing and worked in private practice and plastic surgeon’s rooms for the next 20 years.

Today, Leigh-Ann is Manchester Flooring Solutions’ Office Manager and has been supporting the company for more than nine years, whilst raising her and Scott’s three children.

“I am passionate about working in the family business and helping it to grow,” said Leigh-Ann.

“I am proud of the work we do and the feedback we get from our clients is a testament to our commitment to providing quality flooring solutions to the commercial sector.”

Rhys Paul

Project Coordinator

Rhys is currently studying for his Diploma in Project Management and works alongside Wayne as a Project Coordinator / Estimator at Manchester Flooring Solutions.

Still early into his career, Rhys is keen to learn as much as he can about the industry. He has a particular interest in ensuring effective coordination of trades people to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business.

“I am extremely proud to be part of a truly professional team, both out in the field and in the office. Our team has a great rapport within the industry and am proud to be part of that culture and part of my family’s business,” Rhys said.

Rhys enjoys keeping fit and is a member of his local soccer team in Wembley Downs.
